Here at Nashville Calling we get sent many new songs every week, but we can't review everything. This ones from a Canadian Country-Folk artist Matt Totte and his new track Hangin over again.
Matts song is straight out of the "Classic" or traditional wing of Country Music. It is simple story, well told. Matt has an authentic tone to his voice and one that is very easy on the ear.
Lush with pedal steel and a rootsy laid back arrangement, Hangin over again is one to listen to on a warm evening with a beer in one hand, your loved one on the other side and your faithful hound at your feet.
