Prolific Country music songstress Sarah Louise has a new single out this month entitled Sorry Not Sorry and we have had a listen.
The PR pack that accompanied the new single says that "It spins the heartache of a breakup into a light-hearted take on newfound freedom". So what did we think?
Well, Sorry Not Sorry is a banjo-acoustic guitar based song and it rattles along at a fair old lick too with some percussion adding to its groove. Its a toe tapper for sure and bound to be a favourite with fans. My overriding take when hearing the song for the first time, was that it'll work well in a TV ad or placement it has a certain sort of quirky vibe about it that is popular at the moment.
As with most stripped back tracks, it feels pretty organic and when its played live this will sound very close to this "radio" version. Talking of live, Fans can see the song performed live at the Moustache Bar in London on the 22/2, so anyone in London on Thursday, pop in and see Louise and say Hi.
